Can apple cider vinegar be harmful to the mouth and esophagus in small amounts? I have been giving to my 3 and a half year old 3 to 4 times a week. Only a tsp each time. Just wondering if it is burning his throat since it is undiluted?

I found it useful to just add the apple cider vinegar into the vaporizer. We make a tent put the vaporizer in our tent, giving the baby that’s 2 1/2 his favorite toys and we just sit under the tent for 10 mins at a time maybe about four to five times until he’s better… really works….
