Don’t forget that the cholesterol contained in coconut is actually GOOD. There are 2 types of Cholesterol that was found. HDL and LDL. HDL is good and it’s the Cholesterol contained in Coconut oil. Moderation is indeed key but it’s important to know that there is a difference between this cholesterol and say that of fried foods.
